Key Responsibilities
• Conduct pricing analyses and support regulatory filings for Workers' Compensation and other commercial insurance products.
• Maintain and improve actuarial pricing models used by underwriting teams.
• Generate profitability and trend reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory changes and market developments.
• Prepare documentation in accordance with actuarial standards and internal policies.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to interdepartmental committees.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum of four years of experience in commercial lines pricing at a U.S.-based insurer.
• Completion of at least two exams from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
